Female driven business currently contribute £60bn a year to the UK economy. According to Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, men need an average of £15k to start a business, and with women it's about £7.5K. Is this because they actually need less, or is it because they get less?

We're hearing it all the time now.... female entrepreners.... the future of the British economy..... Britain's wealth is shifting to women.... women will be in control of 60% of the nation's wealth by 2025... etc. etc. What does this mean? One thing's for sure, if we keep on doing what we've always done, we'll always get what we've always got. It maybe a cliche but we do need to change
