Diva Match is a peer group of no more than 12 women hand selected by us, for you. It is our job to connect you with like-minded divas.
Here’s how it works:
- The group meet once a month for a period of 6 months
- All meetings are 3 hours in duration and facilitated by a professional coach
- Everything is confidential, non-judgemental and encouraging
- You are asked to bring one challenge to each meeting
- The group brainstorm your challenge giving you ideas and support
- You take the ideas away and act
- You then support the other women as they present their challenges to the group
Our experience of facilitating these groups highlight that individual members gain as much from supporting other women with their challenges as they do presenting their own. All we have to do is select the right women, create the right environment and watch the magic happen!
